Payments

All services are billed as agreed. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

We act as a data processor. Client data remains the property of the client.

Limitation of Liability

Metro Omaha Online is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruptions.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment or misuse of the platform.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.
